Grown in a Chiayi Alishan tea plantation at about 1100 meters above sea level, this is of Jinxuan tea variety. Lightly roasted, the tea has a golden yellow clear color with a faint milky scent mixed with floral fragrance. Once brewed, this high-altitude tea contains a gentle fragrant texture with an enduring smooth sweet aftertaste.
