1072 Valley Fog Wood. Alishan Jinxuan Tea

Grown in an Alishan tea plantation at about 1100 meters above sea level, this is of Jinxuan tea variety. Lightly roasted, the tea features soft round thick glittering lush green leaves due to the drastic daytime/nighttime temperature differences. Carefully selected premium tea leaves then undergo a meticulous roasting process as required for competitions. Brewed in hot water, the roasting fragrance and gentle milky scent are mixed into an enchanting aroma. The tea is honey yellow in color, and bright & clear, sweet & mellow in taste, all in all, a very unique Jinxuan flavor.
