Grown in a Shanlinxi tea plantation in Nantou County at about 1600 meters above sea level, this tea thus contains unique high-mountain tea characteristics. To retain its original flavor and fragrance, the tea is 10% lightly roasted. Once brewed, the tea has a clear honey yellow color with a refreshing elegant mix of tea and floral fragrance. It features a sweet mellow gentle taste which is specific to high-mountain tea.
