3201 Valley Fog Forest. Lishan Tea

Grown in a Lishan tea plantation in Nantou County’s Renai Township at about 2000 meters above sea level and 10% lightly roasted, this tea retains its original floral fragrance and is refreshing in taste. This Lishan tea plantation is in the middle of Taiwan and has the ideal environment for nurturing tea trees thanks to its rich soils and year-round low temperatures that allow tea trees to grow slowly, hence the thick tea leaves rich in pectin substances. Brewed and soaked in hot water, the tea leaves emit a gentle yet faint floral fragrance. Once brewed, the tea has a bright clear honey yellow color, plus a sweet and clean aftertaste. When drinking the tea, you can almost taste the elegant fragrance in your mouth.
