Grown in Nantou County’s Biloxi tea plantation at about 2300 meters above sea level, this tea is in a clear honey yellow color with a faint pear blossom fragrance and a sweet smooth taste plus a robust aftertaste. This attribute is due to the high-altitude cold climate in the tea plantation. Limited sunlight and thick mists result in reduced astringent properties in the tea leaves, thus giving the tea a distinct sweet taste.
