Grown in a tea plantation in Chiayi’s Alishan at about 1100 meters above sea level, this tea is a Chin Shin Oolong variety, 30% lightly roasted. Once brewed, the tea emits an enticing caramel aroma and graceful fragrance. It is honey yellow in color, with a sweet, mellow, non-astringent taste.
