Grown in a tea plantation in Chiayi’s Alishan at about 1300 meters above sea level, this Chin Shin Oolong tea is 30% lightly roasted. Once brewed, the tea has a clear bright golden yellow color and emits an enduring fine fragrance mixed with a slight firing smell and sweet caramel scent. It contains a smooth sweet texture.
